Termination Bar Designed specifically to complement the EPDM rubber roof installation, the termination bar is ideal for finishing off the edge of the rubber against an upstand wall or when butting up to a neighbouring felt roof. It can replace the need for expensive lead flashing to enclose the top edge.

		When using the termination bar with the One Piece EPDM, extra EPDM mastic (known as a “Water Cut Off mastic”) needs to be applied to the back of the top edge of the EPDM. When the termination bar is located against the EPDM and the wall and mechanically fixed into place, the water cut off mastic provides a seal for the screws that have penetrated the EPDM. The Self Adhesive EPDM will due to its’ composition “self-seal” the screw, negating the need for an extra mastic seal. For easy to follow installation instructions CLICK HERE
