(For applying Runny Rubber over old felt or corrugated sheeting) 1) Pressure wash the surfaces ~ No primer is required, but surfaces must be clean, dry & dust free. 2) Pour / trowel Runny Rubber into crevices and cracks 3) Apply 1st coat at the rate of 2½ to 3½ sqm per litre and allow 1 to 4 hours to dry. 4) Apply 2nd coat at the rate of 3½ to 4½ sqm per litre and allow 1 to 4 hours to dry. Notes ~ The two coats should give c1 mm total thickness, if thinner apply subsequent coats. ~ Colour changes from brown to black on drying. ~ Best practice is to allow 24 hours for the coating to be fully dry.
SPECIFICATION Certification equivalent to Agrement Certificate is available on request. As Runny Rubber is water based, brushes can be washed in water after use. 20 litres of Runny Rubber covers 30 to 40 sqm in 2 coats giving a finished coating of 1mm.
